Did you know? There are three levels of electronic signature - simple, advanced and qualified electronic signature (QES). A qualified electronic signature is the highest level of compliance according to electronic Identification, Authentication, and Trust Services(eIDAS). Documents signed using QES are considered to be legal equivalent of signing documents with pen and paper in the European union.
Zoho Sign has already partnered with Uanataca, a trust service provider to allow users to sign their documents through qualified electronic signatures. Now, we have partnered with eID Easy, a company that offers authentication and advanced signing methods for the EU eIDAS framework to allow end users to complete the signing process without requiring the need to register and get a qualified certificate themselves.
