Introducing the Zoho RPA Get to Know series

When we introduced Zoho RPA, our goal was to ensure that every user could leverage the full power of this innovative tool and experience its benefits to the fullest. We believe that the key to maximizing the impact of Zoho RPA lies in understanding its capabilities and applying them effectively in your daily operations.

To align with this goal, we’ve launched a series called Get to Know Zoho RPA, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to make the most of Zoho RPA. Each edition of the Get to Know series will span three days, with each day featuring three one-hour session options to accommodate various time zones, including APAC/ANZ, EMEA, and the Americas.

This series will guide you through the purpose of the platform, RPA as an industry, a platform overview, its features and configuration steps, and real-time examples with live demonstrations showing how Zoho RPA allows users to create bots that can mimic human actions, such as data entry, form filling, and data extraction, as well as how it makes automation accessible to users without extensive technical knowledge.

Day 1: Introduction to RPA & a Zoho RPA platform overview
Day 2: Agent setup and automating interactions with Windows-based applications using Windows-based actions, MS Excel, and RPA's different types of triggers
Day 3: Automating interactions with web-based applications using web automation actions, file & folder actions, and the different types of RPA triggers, plus managing settings in Zoho RPA
