VERY FRUSTRATED RANT FOLLOWING!

Each time when I run into a new error, or something not working properly, it takes many weeks or even months to get it ( still not) fixed!

At this time none of the ZOHO applications are running or integrating smoothly for me! Meanwhile I am already almost a year into my ZOHO-One subscription and for the last month I have been working on it almost full-time, desperate to get my organisation up and running (with ZOHO). I am only focusing on a few applications, but there seems to be no end to new bugs and new issues and there are still many endlessly pending, unresolved problems! I am spending way too much time on this, I have businesses to run and other things to do. 

Your software seems unnecessarily cumbersome, laborious and complicated. I am becoming jealous at my friends whose systems (with different software platforms) seem to work so easily, automatically and beautifully and they are rather clumsy with software compared to me.

It seems that ZOHO is creating new applications and new modules all the time, while I think the focus should be on improving ease of use, user-friendliness, simplifying processes and smoother integration of the existing package.

Your support staff is kind, cordial and brimming with goodwill, but issues somehow always become long running ordeals, forever edging closer to solution.
