GDPR - Right to be forgotten - Right to access
Hello
I use ZOHO-ONE, which means that I get access to all of ZOHO's products. My question is whether there is any flexible way to handle the GDPR right to be forgotten, Right to access in one and same solution? ZIA?
For example if I get a request on the Right to be forgotten from an external user. Can I somehow get ZOHO to search that user in Recriut, Desk, CRM at the same time. Or do I have to go in to every program and export data there?!

How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?
A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address.
