What can you expect in the workshop?

This two-day workshop is specifically for users who want to know how Marketing Plus, CRM Plus, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Desk can help enhance your customer experience.
 
Whether you're a beginner, an expert, or an administrator, we'll guide you in making the best use of the tools that you need, as well as help personalize and automate your system, and make it easy to manage your team.
 
It's also a perfect opportunity to get one-on-one guidance from our experts to answer your questions, identify solutions for different use cases, and much more. It's also the best place to meet fellow users, share your ideas and suggestions, and help each other out in the process.
