Get SUM of Amount based by remove the duplicate id

Get SUM of Amount based by remove the duplicate id

From the below table I want to sum collection amount based on the unique Opportunity-ID. If there are two duplicate opp ids I need to consider one row to count the sum.

Note I cannot remove the duplicate rows as these rows merged with another table which I need to build another report.

I am creating this report in Pivot table and I need to segregate the report by website..
