Tip #8- Getting started with unattended access- 'Insider Insights'

We are excited to reconnect with you this week and share a new tip. So far, we have covered how to launch a remote support session. Click here if you missed it. This week, we'll explain how to initiate unattended access and explore some related features.

Getting started is a breeze—simply sign into Zoho Assist, or sign up with your email address at https://assist.zoho.com. Once authenticated, you’ll land on the intuitive dashboard, where you can select the Unattended Access tab.


If your devices aren’t configured yet, don't worry. You can easily set up computers for unattended access with the unattended access installer. Simply download the installer directly onto your computer or share the installer link with your client.


Zoho Assist simplifies large-scale deployment with its
distributor, bulk deployment manager, and startup scripts. Through these tools, you can experience hassle-free installation across multiple devices with diverse operational needs.


Once the agent is installed, technicians can seamlessly connect to, and even wake, a sleeping system by toggling the Power On button, as long as the Wake-on-LAN function is enabled.
