The main issue that I am facing is regarding the format in which the GSTR1 data is exported from Zoho Books, in tally the previous software I used the data comes out in a way the values of a single invoice number all come in a single line that is the total invoice value, taxable value, respective gst applied everything comes on a single line.

In Zoho the exported data shows multiple rows for an invoice with multiple items showing the different rates instead of having a combined row like tally.

The issue faced is on the Chartered Accountants side as most of them are used to the typical data provided by tally, attaching below a sample reference for both the types of data export.
