Having issues while creating Flow-Desk interations (Still waiting for a reply)
I've been trying to create a flow that updates a ticket on Zoho desk upon creation. The update that it makes is, when a Ticket is created, the contact field in a specific layout is autofilled with the ticket owner contact (who created the ticket). The problem on the Flow is that there are only a limited list of contacts that i can use, and since not all contacts from Desk or CRM(they are synced) are appearing in this list, i cannot get the Ticket Owner ID(AsigneeID).
How and where does Flow gets those specific contacts to appear in the list? I've tried multiple methods to make another contact get listed, but for some reason the list remains unchanged. Is there some kind of condition for contacts to appear on it?
