Having issues with an account that was created during Free Trial but was later "Re-created" after purchase

Hello there guys, I'm having a serious issue with one of my accounts given that it was used during the "Free Trial" of Zoho One Apps and then after purchasing I'm facing some issues assigning this particular user to certain Apps, for Example Zoho Sites

I've attached a Step by Step description of the error so you guys can see what's going on:

Step 1:
Log Into Zoho One to give Administrative Privileges


Step 2:
Give the user permissions/Access to Zoho Sites



Step 3:
After being assigned to Zoho Sites, the user appears on this page but the Information won’t be displayed (Name / Mail)


And after Refreshing the Page the user Dissapears from Zoho Sites as the image implies



I'm not being able to resolve this by any mean as the Role of the user is the same as Mine or other ones that are having no issue of being assigned to this or other Apps.

Please your help with this problem
