Heading vs Text in Mega Menu

Heading vs Text in Mega Menu

Hello

When I choose a new menu item in the mega menu to show as 'Heading', there doesn't seem to any difference in appearance to show as 'Text'.   I'm assuming there should be a visible difference between them.  Is there something I'm missing?  Does it need to be adjusted somewhere else in the settings?  Or is it something that depends on the chosen theme?
