HELP! Problem with Document Sharing

Ahmed,

I am sharing a document with about 25 students in my class.

This afternoon, I proceeded to send out my invitation email, and typed in the email addresses of all my students (some of whom likely have not registered for a Zoho account yet).

From my understanding, those individuals who have not yet signed up for a Zoho account WILL be sent invitation emails, but will not be able to edit the document until they sign up for an account.  They will only be granted Read access (instead of Read/Write access).  Is this correct?

My question, then, is this:   When I go to the "Shared To - Details" tab, I only see two students (likely ones who already have a Zoho account??) listed as collaborators.  None of the other 23 or so students are listed as collaborators!  Wouldn't these students still be listed as collaborators, but listed as having Read Only access??  Since I don't see any more than two collaborators listed, I am now unsure whether all my students got my invitation email!  I don't want to send out multiple invitation emails either, as this might be confusing for these new Zoho users.

Help!  Can you tell me why these students aren't showing up as collaborators??  And can you tell me if I need to send out a new invitation email??
