I've started working with the "dataprep" tool from Zoho. The objective is to automate the import of customer data from our Sage ERP to Zoho CRM. The first step involves synchronizing the "ACCOUNT" data, followed by the "contact" data, and finally, the sales figures.

Currently, I suggest focusing on phase 1, which is importing the "ACCOUNT" data. For an initial Proof of Concept (POC), I've extracted the Sage database into an Excel file that I manually send to dataprep. Once the POC is successful, this file will be deposited daily in a OneDrive, FTP, or S3 folder (to be determined), and the pipeline should run every night. The name of my dataset is "BDC 10 _ Customer List - Zoho Import."

However, I'm facing two issues preventing the completion of the export, and I would like to seek your expertise to resolve the situation. Here are the two problems:

1. Unable to find the "category – end" field, even though this information is present in the Zoho CRM file.

2. I still have 39 columns in matching error. These columns exist in Zoho CRM but not in my file, and I don't need them for the import. How can I ignore these columns? 


Naturally, I have already conducted all standard tests:

- Checked the permissions for the custom field.
- Verified administrative privileges (other specific fields work, only the "category-end" field does not).
- Clicked on the small red cross to ignore it.
- Attempted matching based on the missing columns.

After a week of investigation with my integration provider, they also couldn't find a solution.
