We have a Zoho Creator help desk account and we are trying to do some modifications to the script in order to change some of the language formatting into Portuguêse (we are based in Brasil) as well as resolve a few minor issues that resulted from earlier script changes. It shouldn't be more than 2-3 hours of work, but unfortunately our CTO is overworked at the moment and has no time to help us out.
