Not just PDF

The DocuSign Extension makes it possible to send and sign files in Microsoft Word, PDF,  HTML, and many other popular formats.

 

Drag and drop signature

Place your signature at any mentioned field, just by using a simple drag-and-drop process.

 

Tracking made easier

Whenever an agreement is signed or rejected, it will be automatically updated in your Zoho CRM records. Thereby letting you track your contract signing status for each CRM record.

 

Set automatic reminders

Set the number of days to your first reminder, and the number of days between further reminders for your DocuSign Envelopes.

 

Set expiry for your Envelopes

Your signature request can be set up to expire after a specified period. Users can also be notified about the expiry, any day before the date of expiration.

 

Create documents from your own templates

Documents can be created for your Inventory module, using custom Zoho CRM templates. These generated documents can also be sent to users for signature, using DocuSign.

 

There's more, all documents sent, and signed using the DocuSign Extension are stored and displayed under their respective Zoho CRM record. Thus making digital signature a standard component of your everyday Zoho CRM experience.

This Extension is available to Enterprise Trial, Enterprise, CRM Plus and Ultimate edition users of Zoho CRM.
