Hiring Manager Print Candidate

We dont receive resumes, all of our candidates come from web forms. Our hiring managers need to be able to print out the candidate information because our interviews do not happen where a computer is available. We are in transportation and many interviews happen outside or in a barn where these is no computer. I understand there is a reason for this restriction to help drive sales but i think not printing data that is available to them on screen to satisfy the features that are available to them is too limiting. Can you please add a way to allow HM license users to print the candidate record (print preview for standard users)
