How can I assign missed chat leads to a specific seller?
Hello,
Missed chat (from Sales IQ) leads are assigned automatically to a specific person right now, how do I change that to assign them to a different person automatically? I have tried to create an automation rule in CRM but that did not work because lead source was not available as on of the criteria, and I cannot find how to do it in Sales IQ itself. Can please someone help with this?
