How can I import selected Customer from Zoho CRM?

I just started exploring ZOHO invoice, specifically for its integration with Zoho CRM.
When I import my customers, he also takes prospects, and any contact.... leaving me with a list of 8000+ "Customers" in Zoho Invoice today. In reality I only need a fraction of that data for invoicing.

How can this be arranged?
