How do I add a discount?

Hello,

I have a custom invoice but I need to add a % discount to the invoice for one company. I have not been able to find how to do this. I know that I have seen it somewhere before but doesn't seem to be an option anymore.

I want to show the original pricing and then show that we are giving them a discount.
