How do I delete a search

How do I delete a search

I created a bunch of searches and now they are no longer relevant.  I do not see how to delete expired searches.  Some of these things like job openings seem to be held in a cache rather than be deleted.  

The next best solution would be to have an "All" search be the default.  I do not know how to do that.  Please help.
