How do I search Zoho Chats?

Hi there,

We use Zoho Chat A LOT in my company, as we used to use Google Hangouts, but one major drawback with Zoho Chat is that we can never find something discussed in the history. It seems like it should be easy, right? There's a huge search bar at the top of the screen, which proposes options of searching in contacts, chats, etc... only it NEVER WORKS! I have never ever received a result for any word I've searched using this function. 

Please someone tell me the trick!
