How Many Domains Can I Add?

I set up one domain with four addresses. I have a handful of other domains needing two user mailboxes each. How many may I add before there is a charge? The handful will rarely get emails but my main domain will get daily email after the first of the year.

I just want to be sure I'm not breaking rules!
