How o configure shared mail folder (on office 365) to create and send tickets

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble configuring the shared mail folder to forwarding email to Zoho desk.

I configured the shared mail folder to forwarding the email and I created a policy ant-span, but when outlook tries forwarding the email, outlook returns the message error:

  1. Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

    support@[company].zohodesk.eu (support@[company].zohodesk.eu)
    Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

    Generating server: DB9PR08MB6537.eurprd08.prod.outlook.com

    support@[company].zohodesk.eu
    Remote Server returned '550 5.7.520 Access denied, Your organization does not allow external forwarding. Please contact your administrator for further assistance. AS(7555)'

Does anyone have any idea how to fix/configure this?
