How to add free Zoho CRM users with the Zoho One Paid Subscription

Hi All, 

I have purchased a Zoho One Subscription for my company, but I need to add free Zoho CRM users into my organisation. I have tried some method and unable to do it. Can anyone help me to achive it. Thanks in advance

        A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization.
