How to retain Currency formatting in the concatenated the column

How to retain Currency formatting in the concatenated the column

Hi Support Team,

  I would like to keep the Thousand Separator for the " Refund Amt" column.
  This " Refund Amt" column has been concatenated with the "Bill no" Column.
  The Table is generated via SQL Query.
