How to automatically push unsubscribes from a MH lead back to the the CRM as an 'opt-out' email setting

How to automatically push unsubscribes from a MH lead back to the the CRM as an 'opt-out' email setting

Hi MH gurus,

I have had 5 people unsubscribe from a list (synch'ed to a CRM view) over the last 2 months. However, there is no way to see if these people have unsubscribed in the CRM. 

My preference would be for anyone that unsubscribes from a MH list to be automatically and immediately flagged as 'email opt-out' in the CRM.  Is this possible?
