How to change the user associated with an automation action?
We use EasyShip.
The user "Robert" did manually create the Package in Books, but the user "Ken Florian" (me), did not manually take the next two actions. Where is that user attribution happening?
I want it to show as our Zoho One/CRM SuperAdmin account. Where do I make that change? Is this coming from EasyShip or Zoho Inventory?
