How to choose the number format in a merge template ?

Hi, 

I'm confused about how to deal with the number format in writer.

I do merged template with datas from Zoho CRM, where I set the format at : 1,000.50 for numbers and dd mmm, yyyy for dates. In writer, I chose the UK format to have the same, but when I merge my template via a deluge function in the crm, I obtain a result with the French format (1000,50 and dd/mm/yy) that I had initially.

Moreover, in my Quote/Invoice page in the CRM, I have some fields updated in the good format, and some other with the old one, and I don't succeed to change it. 

How can I do to have the good format ?
