How to Connect/Attach One Lead Profile to Another

Is there anyway I can setup Zoho CRM to allow us to connect one "Lead" profile to another "Lead profile"? We only use "Accounts" and "Contacts" for current signed clients, not leads, because we only have individuals (and households) as clients, and not businesses.

I was hoping maybe there is some custom field setup we can arrange that allows them to be linked, or some way to do this?
