How to Copy Email Template Styling/Border Format Between Templates in Zoho

I have existing email templates with a specific style - they have a grey border/container around the email content that provides consistent spacing and formatting. However, when creating new templates, I can't replicate this styling.

My current Situation is:

  • Existing templates have a professional grey border/container around the content (see Screenshot 1)
  • When creating new templates, they're completely blank without this formatting (see Screenshot 2)
  • No visible options to add this styling to new templates
  • Can't find a way to copy the styling from existing templates

What I Need:

  • Way to maintain consistent styling across all email templates
  • Method to copy the border/container format from existing templates to new ones
  • OR instructions on how to recreate this styling in new templates

This is important for maintaining a consistent brand experience - our customers shouldn't receive emails with different formatting depending on which template we use.
