We would like to use Zoho Writer and Zoho Documents to manage our internal and external documents for our business. These documents are reports, letter, RFP ... that we need to send to our customers and we need a unique reference on each doc.

Is there a way to assign a reference number and make sure this reference is unique in the system ?
