How to create screenplay template ?

How does one go about create a template, hopefully with added macros or custom buttons for indents, specifically i want to create a screenplay template. I searched and found a thread on a screenplay template but I can not find that elusive unicorn (screenplay template) in the templates library. I would like to create a screenplay template to be able to e.g. quickly indent a character name and related dialogue, etc.
