How to disable "Pre-Chat" functionality
Hi Sales IQ Community
I am trying to disable the pre-chat functionality within Sales IQ. As you can see in the screenshot below, I am in the chat window settings and further under the category of fields. I have successfully disabled the name, email id, phone but the message box with the title "type your message and hit enter" is visible. I need to remove this input box and want the chat box to redirect to chat functionality directly. Seems like within the settings there is no direct functionality to remove this input box and disable the pre chat function all together.
