How to Eject Leads that Reply In Journey
Is there a way to view email replies in a Marketing Hub journey?
I'd like to set up exit criteria for leads that reply to one of the emails within a journey but I've yet to see an area that reports on number of replies. Therefore, I'm leery to use the Exit Criteria "Any campaign replied ' Last month. '" I want to pull people from the journey if they reply to an email.
Can anyone confirm if that criteria works? Perhaps there's a spot in the CRM where I can view the replies within the Journey? Right now I'm manually tagging the lead with an tag that exits them from the journey.
