How to fetch multiple values from One Form to Another Form ??

Scenario : I have two Forms.

1. Student Information  --- Form 1.

2. Student Sport Academy. --- Form 2.

So Form 1, I have : Stud Roll no,  Stud Name , Mark 1, Mark 2, Mark 3, Total Marks , Avg % 

In Form 2, I have : Stud Roll no ( Lookup) , Stud Name , Total Mark, Avg %, Sports Activity (Check box list)

So, In form 2, when I select Stud Roll , it should display ---> Stud Name, Total Mark , Avg %.  So here, I have to fetch multiple values for  --> Stud Name, Total Marks & Avg %.

I am able to fetch for only one single column from the Form 1 Table : Student Information.

I am attaching Snapshot of it.. Kindly review it & please guide me, how to do this process.. ?
