I have created an app, due to field limitations, I have to divide my app in 2 forms.

My First form also contains a subform to add data according to the user requirements, but that subform fields are not accessible in the report of 2nd form with the lookup field (for form 1 ID) and all the other fields are available as well as fetching the records.

Please let me know how can I fetch the data of subforms with an lookup field in form 2.

Also, the field is not showing when I'm creating a record template for the same.
