How to get email sent to client contacts from Outlook client show up in Zoho Recruit?
I configured the exchange server account as a pop account in Zoho Recruit. Now I can see e-mails received from client contacts in the contacts page or from candidates in the candidates page.
What do I need to configure so that emails send with Outlook Client to clients or candidates show up on that page as well?
As far as I can tell it only works if I BCC myself on every e-mail which is supper clunky and messes up my inbox. If I BCC the Zoho email account, they show up there, but they do not get associated to the records, because Zoho is configured to look in the Exchange server, and not in the Zoho server.
If IMAP instead of POP would be used, it would be possible to pars the SENT folder in the Exchange server, or any other sever that is used. It seems like the whole email integration needs a bit more work!
