How to get tickets violated and non-violated stats?

How to get tickets violated and non-violated stats?

I'm trying to build my own SLA Dashboard in Zoho Analytics, as per the SLA Dashboard in Zoho Desk. However, I'm not getting the same stats as the SLA Dashboard in Zoho Desk.

I would like to know how the SLA Dashboard in Zoho Desk is calculated and how can I replicate that in Zoho Analytics?
