An email is sent from Zoho Flow. I would like one dollar amount to retrieve based on customer ID. The dollar amount is a sum of time entered x respective rates. This amount is available as two column (customer ID / total amount) report in Zoho Analytics. How do I retrieve the "Total Amount" and have it included in an email that is sent.

Can it be pulled from Zoho books instead based on a start date, end date, customer number, rate of each person, amount of time for each person?
