How to link Zoho Account to Office 365 after clicking create new account instead?
I got SAML single sign on working (office 365) and as an agent I already had a ZOHO account. I messed up when it asked me to create a new account or link to existing ZOHO. Now when I login with SSO its not showing my agent page. I had another agent do it the right way and link and it works as expected.
