How to make data from module lead to module tasks

Hi, how are you guys?
i need help with deluge

I am trying to make a deluge that draws information from the lead module to the Taks module

But my workflow is not working in a way that can fit.

Is there an option to create a function on a lead module and it will know how to insert into a Taks module?
