how to mass change text of emails?

how to mass change text of emails?

Hi

There is emails ( in one template) for every day, one email in one day

For each day there is custom text inside of current email
01 jan - email with text1
02 jan - email with text2
03 jan - email with text3
…
ХХ month - email with textYY
…
And so on

For 01 January till 31 December I can put in calendar 365 emails.

From time to time text of emails needs to be changing. 
And change manually text inside all 365 calendar emails is too hard work.
I look for plain mass text changing tool.

How can I make mass changing of all 365 emails texts when text is changing?
Is there any possibility to change text for every email for all 365 emails 

For example, I can make external database of text for each day emails. And need so that email service (Zoho Campaings) before sending will take email text for current day.

May be there is any other solutions for my task?
