How to populate all fields in Pivot view (Pivot Table)

How to populate all fields in Pivot view (Pivot Table)

I have 3 tables joined by "Description."

Currently, row data is shown ONLY for the product in common between all three tables.

I need data to be shown in EVERY field where data is present (see attached image).

"NG Stock" is the parent to the other two child tables.

Here is my Pivot Table:
