How to remove Workdrive Add-In in Microsoft Office Apps

The Workdrive Add-In on Microsoft Office apps is very frustrating in that the little dialogue bubble that pops up to let me know if anyone else is in the file, when the file was last modified, etc. is covering up parts of my document while I'm in the middle of working on it.
Like so:
Question 1: Can I prevent the dialogue box from popping up at random times.
Question 2: If the answer to Question 1 is no, how do I permanently delete this add-in? I've deleted the Add-In from Word, Excel, and Powerpoint mutliple times and it seems to re-add itself each time my computer is restarted.
