How to reply to thread via API
We have built a webapp for our customers that uses the Zoho Desk API to enable each customer to view their full list of tickets, view individual tickets and raise new tickets.
Fully integrated support is a key feature of our webapp and without the ability to reply to a tick/thread we are prevented from rolling our webapp out fully.
Has anyone figured a workaround for this? Do Zoho plan to update their API to allow replies via webapps?
