How to 'restart' the chat? Users will reach the 'end' of the chat and even with operators available, cannot reach a person.

Scenario: user is chatting through SalesIQ to either bot or human operator. When chat is complete, the user is unable to start it again. If the user has another question and reopens the chat, they can only input their name and email to leave a message. When they do this and click Start Chatting it immediately tells the user no one is available even though our operators are available. 

We would like to give our users the option to 'start over.' This would be very valuable when interacting with the bot, because the user might have multiple questions and they can only choose one path and have no human to help them with multiple questions. It would also be valuable to a user who thinks of another question after chatting with an operator, it could be within a few minutes or even day.
