How to restrict users to view only their sales orders

So here is my business case.
I have medical-reps. dealing with different customers. For me it is okay if they are able to list all the customers on the sales order, but I want to restrict a medical-rep. to view only his/her sales order.

I am kind of evaluating zoho inventory and this issue is a show stopper for my type of business.
