How to stop a Flow from reoccuring for the same Deal
Hi all,
I'm a bit of a rookie to Flow, (still getting used to all the different fields like Logic, Variables, Decisions., Delays etc..so would appreciate anyone's help!
I have created a Zoho flow for our Bigin CRM.
In the Bigin workflow: When last activity time is 2 weeks for a 'Deal' then update a field (check box) called
System auto Note - Request Not updated for 2 weeks"
Then after 10 mins (remove the checked box) from the field. (10 mins is the minimum time I can choose in the Bigin workflow.)
In Zoho Flow - Flow is:
Deal updated: If System auto Note - Request Not updated for 2 weeks field is 'checked',
Add Note : (Auto note) in the Deal "this Request has not been updated in 2 weeks"
I've just checked, and although the note has been added successfully into the Deal, multiple notes have been added in the same Deal. (4 notes in one minute)
How do I stop the Flow after the Flow is complete? (one note has been added?)
