How to transfer module data from lead to contacts

Hi guys,

a have a module called "free-workshops" with some workshops in it.

A lead is assigned to one or more of these free workshops.

Now i convert this lead to a contact and i would like to see the assigned "free-workshops" in the contact module layout.

Is that possible with an easy way? And if so, would you give me a hint :-)?
