How to use Sprint Time Entries to invoice our Customers
Hi,
In Desk module, We are able to send price quotation to our customers for the Time Entries done by support teams. Because there is a connection between Desk and Books.
What about hte Time Entries done by Software team in Zoho Sprint Module ? How can we invoice our customers about work hours realized by Software Team in Sprint Module ?
If it is impossible directly to invoice from Sprint Module , Can we send Time Entries registered by Software Teams to the Desk Ticket ? After that we can invoice those time entiries over Desk module.
